What to expect
My name is Steve Gnetz and I am a professionally trained, certified and insured home inspector who will provide a full third-party evaluation of the condition of your home.
Your home inspection will be completed according to InterNACHI (International Society of Certified Home Inspectors) standards of practice and code of ethics.
I will inspect and evaluate the visible areas of the interior and exterior of your home, take a look around the attic (if accessible). I will check out your roof and complete a checklist of various inspection items throughout the process. I will inspect the furnace and air conditioner, water heater and several components of the home electrical system.
Upon completion of the inspection, I will provide a written report to summarize the conditions that I observe that may affect the function or potential value of your home.
